A Saturday at the front desk

From the first booking to the last batch, nothing leaves the iPad.

The busy day is the design brief. Every step below is one screen, built for a wet thumb and a line at the counter.

  1. 8:12 AMA booking comes in

A customer picks a service, a tech and a time on your booking page. It waits in the POS inbox for you to accept.

  2. 10:30 AMShe's already reminded

The reminder text went out on its own yesterday. Check her in from the booking board in one tap.

  3. 12:45 PMCheckout, two techs

One ticket, each service credited to the tech who did it. The card goes to the terminal, the tip splits itself.

  4. 7:10 PMTips adjusted

Fix a tip on any card payment and see what's still unassigned before you close the drawer.

  5. 9:00 PMBatch out on schedule

Card payments settle at the time you set. Tomorrow's report is already waiting on your phone.

Everything in one POS

Six things salons usually buy separately.

Checkout & payments

  • Card on a wireless terminal, receipt printed right at the terminal
  • Cash, gift card, store credit and split payments
  • Dual pricing shows both prices on every ticket
  • Void and refund from the POS, back to the original card

Appointments

  • Booking board by technician, the whole day at a glance
  • Online requests land in an inbox — accept or suggest another time
  • Deposits or full prepayment for online bookings
  • Your own cancel and reschedule cutoff, 12 hours by default

Customers & loyalty

  • Reward points and customer tiers that update themselves
  • Coupons with serial numbers, one use or many
  • Gift cards you can sell, reload and text to a phone
  • Bring your list over with a CSV import

Marketing

  • Text and email campaigns from one screen
  • Pick who gets it — by tier, visits or last visit
  • Reminders and confirmations send themselves
  • Opt-outs honored automatically, no late-night texts

Staff & payroll

  • Clock in and out with a personal PIN
  • Commission and payroll by pay period
  • Tips per technician, ready for payday
  • Security groups decide who can void, refund or discount

Reports & cash drawer

  • Sales by day, staff, service and customer
  • Drawer counts per cashier, over and short at a glance
  • Batch settlements and card fees in one list
  • Export any report to a spreadsheet
Online booking

Your own booking page. Not a marketplace listing.

Put the link in your Instagram bio or on a QR code at the counter. Customers pick services, then a tech, then a time — and only times that tech can actually take are shown.

  • Each tech's own price and duration for the same service
  • Take a deposit, the full amount, or nothing up front
  • Customers sign in once with MEMBR HAUS to see their bookings and points at every salon on ORDR HAUS

For owners

Every store, from wherever you are.

The owner dashboard runs in any browser. Check today's sales between appointments, set up a new store, or change a price everywhere at once.

  • Sales, tips and payroll across every location
  • Copy services and prices from one store to another
  • Share customers, gift cards and rewards across stores — or keep each store separate
  • A full audit log of voids, refunds and price changes
Questions

Before you switch.

What do I need to get started?

An iPad and a wireless card terminal. The POS opens in the iPad's browser — there is nothing to install — and we pair the terminal to your store.

Can I bring my customers over?

Yes. Import a CSV with names, phone numbers, points and birthdays. Customers already in the system are matched by phone number, so nobody is added twice.

I have more than one location.

Each store keeps its own drawers, terminals and hours. You decide whether customers, gift cards and rewards are shared across stores or kept apart.

Can my staff use it in Korean?

Yes. Each iPad switches between English and Korean with one setting.

Who can void a ticket?

Only the people you allow. Security groups set what each role can do, and a manager PIN can be required for voids, refunds and discounts.
